The Accessibility Coalition uses four key approaches to drive systemic change

Governance Structure

The coalition is governed through a structured framework that integrates elected leadership, expert guidance, and operational continuity

Steering Committee:

Overall oversight is provided by a Steering Committee, which serves as the coalition’s primary governance body and is responsible for setting strategic direction on cross-cutting issues. The Steering Committee is composed of the President (Elected), the Secretary General, and elected members.

Advisory Committee:

The Advisory Committee provides consultative support, offering strategic guidance and technical expertise when required.

Secretariat:

The Secretariat, led by the Secretary General, functions as the permanent administrative body of the coalition, supporting governance processes, coordination, and day-to-day functioning. The SC is staffed and managed by The Quantum Hub (TQH).

Working Groups:

Thematic Working Groups focus on specific, targeted issues, bringing together relevant stakeholders to develop solutions and advance work in clearly defined areas.
