Chief Executive Officer, SCORE Foundation

George Abraham is a social entrepreneur, disability rights activist, and motivational speaker, with over five decades of work advancing inclusion and accessibility in India. An alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, he is the Founder of the SCORE Foundation and a pioneer of blind cricket in India, having played a key role in establishing the Blind Cricket World Cup. His work has focused on building platforms, institutions, and networks that challenge structural barriers and expand opportunities for persons with disabilities across sectors. An Ashoka Fellow, TEDx speaker, and author, George has been at the forefront of shifting public discourse around disability - from charity to rights, and from limitation to potential. As a person with visual impairment, he brings lived experience into his advocacy, continuing to champion dignity, independence, and full participation for persons with disabilities in India.

Nipman Foundation & The Quantum Hub

A National Award recipient and one of India’s leading disability rights advocates, Nipun is a prolific writer driving systemic change through litigation, policy and lived experience. He heads the inclusion vertical at The Quantum (TQH) and is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Nipman Foundation. His advocacy has led to initiatives such as wheelchair accessibility filters on Zomato, accessibility audits of public infrastructure, and a landmark Supreme Court judgement on accessible public transport. His petition also resulted in historic guidelines on the portrayal of PwDs in visual media. He is also the Founder of Wheels for Life, a crowdfunding platform connecting wheelchair donors with recipients across 25 states, and serves as Founder Chair of the FICCI D&I Working Group on Empowering PwDs. An alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi School of Economics, and the Indian School of Business, he is a World Economic Forum Global Sharper and recipient of the Indian Red Cross Society’s Social Entrepreneur Award. Born with Arthrogryposis, he continues to champion inclusion and accessibility in India.

Head Policy Research and Coordination, 
The Association of People with Disability (APD, India)

Bhumika Modh is the Head of Policy, Research and Collaborations at the Association of People with Disability, where she leads the Yes to Access project and policy initiatives with the government. She holds an LLM in Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights from the University of Essex, and her doctoral research focuses on the right to mental health in India. She was the first Asian woman in 43 years to receive the Medal of Excellence for the Diploma in International and Comparative Law of Human Rights at IIDH, Strasbourg. She was also a Lok Sabha Research Fellow in 2016. Her research spans human rights, health, and public policy, and her recent book on the role of women parliamentarians in achieving the SDGs was published by Springer.

Founder and Executive Director, Rising Flame

Nidhi Goyal is an activist, policy leader, and Founder–Executive Director of the national award-winning nonprofit Rising Flame, advancing disability rights, gender justice, and inclusive leadership in India and globally. Over 14 years, she has influenced national and international policies, authored impactful research, and led advocacy across 35+ countries. She served on the C20 Steering Committee during India’s G20 presidency, leading historic disability inclusion work. Her research on sexual violence and COVID-19 impacts on women with disabilities has shaped court judgments, government advisories, and UN advocacy. She currently serves on the NHRC Disability Core Group, FICCI’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, and the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting Committee on Accessibility in Cinema, and previously held leadership roles as Asia Pacific Steering committee of Beijing + 30, Global Advisor to UN Women, Board President of AWID, and an Advisory Board Member to the Dutch Ministry.

Director, Centre for Accessibility in Built Environment Foundation

Subhash is a lawyer and leading expert in accessibility, universal design, and inclusion. He is a Certified Professional in Accessible Built Environments (CPABE Level III) and a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC). Practicing at the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India, he heads Vashishth & Associates, specialising in human rights and disability law. He has contributed significantly to national accessibility standards, including the National Building Code and BIS guidelines, and serves on multiple government and international expert committees. A veteran of the Indian Air Force, he brings multidisciplinary training in law, economics, social work, and inclusive design to his work.
